Suardini LLC can structure proposals based on client’s specific business needs. There are 3 standard options for invoicing that have worked well for our current clients. If you are unsure which payment structure will work best for you; give us a call and we'll talk it out.
TERMS
Suardini LLC operates as independent contractors in providing and preforming services outlined in client agreements. In the event an agreement is terminated prior to completion, the client is responsible for paying for services actually performed and any reimbursable expenses incurred (not to exceed the value of the agreement). Payments are due within thirty (30) days from receipt of an invoice.
